Good point Croc,

Research Capital (house 8) was a big net buyer the past two weeks and no sells. This is one of those houses you mentioned that no one watches.

If someone was trying to keep a share price down without losing too many shares then it makes sense to see these little jitney houses in the market buying an abnormal amount of shares.

I would also keep my eye on house 63 (Levesques Securities). This house has a department in their Vancouver office whose only business is jitney trading. I also know that Canaccord is one of their best customers. It is often the case that when Canaccord is getting heat for blasting a market they simply pass their trades on to Levesque.

I personally believe that jitney trading should be banned outright. The very reason for its existence is deception. This is why the internet is a wonderful medium; so all investors can be informed about the securities industry in all its duplicitous ways. LEVEL THE FIELD
