<<<We acknowledge that they are failures, you seem unwilling to do this.>>>

The countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom) that have universal health care are the best educated and wealthiest countries on earth.

They are also democracies.

They do not have a gun held to their heads forcing them into a bad system or a system that does not work.

Not only is there no sign of failure, it seems to me universal health care is very popular and very successful.
