Kerry, This brouhaha in Belgrade today was just step one in Putin putting the heat on the USA. It's not serious. Just like the fact Russian jets are now buzzing our carriers and testing both our air and waterspace. Their killer subs are back tracking our nuke subs. And China is in on the game. Watch for some problems in The Straits of Formosa after the Olympics. Or, in Korea. The return of the cold war is on the way, and the market may not like that.
