Hi Rubbersoul!

Sorry for the late reply, I was in Reno all week. My personal target for AGI is to at least revisit the old highs above $11 that the stock hit just over a year ago. I know some of that price was discounting in the upside from some exploration work that hit a new high grade zone, but I would also point out that the speculative discovery upside for AGI is still very much part of the story, so we could get a similar bullish run just on the basis of ongoing exploration work.

My optimism going forward is also a function of the strong operating results that AGI reported to end 2007. One quarter is perhaps a bit too early to get excited, but I do think that the company will set a new quarterly production record for Q1 2008, and I would also add that the potential for gold to break above the $1000 level is also very real. So I still think a double from the current price is achievable within 2008.

One other point worth noting: MFN, KBR, GAM, and PZG are all located in close proximity, and any of them could be the next big takeover candidate. Once one big deal happens, the rest of that group will begin to get some speculative attention just on the M&A potential.

If there is going to be a Toronto Social Club meeting on Sunday of the PDAC, I would be happy to join you guys.

cheers!
