You have the ARRS picture correctly analysed.

Stockholder dilution is expected, but the gift of buy back treasury shares(IBM does that too) cheap can have unexpected results along with good will write offs(tax deductions) over the years.

EdgeQAM is a technology for multi channels. May start slow until multi level pricing of cableTV can be sorted out. Voip also need multi channels like telco DSL. So, its a matter for ARRS to work out the content delivery system for multi level pricing that Cable MSO can not refuse. Multi level pricing may even be developed into renting of the best service for a short time on-demand cheap(like 36% yearly interest rate is cheap if you only borrow for 2 days).

So, we will wait. International customers of ARRS may be all copper networks.

Also, ARRS had to provide for Microsoft ownership of .net strategy on ISP servers to auto-update their customers. Extra revenue for Cable MSOs.
