In addition to just a combination of the earnings of the two companies, do you have any idea on the savings that TPG will gain by not having to pay market prices for materials that they have purchased through LUNN (and similar companies) in the past?

Any idea as to the volume of these kind of purchases?

Pardon, if this is addressed in earlier posts, but I didn't remember seeing this. I am just trying to see what additional margin that NEWCO will have compared to a simple combination.

I am in LUNN high and I have kept buying as it has gone down. I just need the reassurance as it heads the wrong direction. TIA.
