PMylnar, It seems surprising to me that AVNT can request a new hearing at the Appeals court level. What is the rationale for that? Do you mean a further appeal of the appeal court decision. Is there such a thing as of right in a interlocutory matter in California. Even if Avnt doesn't appeal, it seems to me that if they have to go through discovery and more expert evidence and we have the Christmas season to deal with, my guess is we are looking at next year, unless Judge Whyte imposes some strict timelines on the proceedings. Do you have any idea about the timelines involved in the criminal proceedings?
