The public needed to 'buy' into the theme of property always being a safe investment that always goes up no matter what. Seems every bubble hood was 'special' in 2005 with everyone wanting to live or invest there and very favorable demographics in support of what was going on<g>

It was a heck of a lot more ridiculous for anyone to believe than even the eyeballs and insatiable demand for fiber in 1999.. But hey folks wanted tangible stuff after the stock market crashed. They were just 5 years too early placing their bets on inflation, the best friend for owning property....
