We should take a closer look at the Scandinavian model.

The problem with those models is that their cultures are so different from ours. They are very homogeneous. We are not. They are small. We are big. I think those differences are insurmountable. Not that there's nothing there from which we can learn. But we definitely can't just pick it up and use it.
