To the fortunately well positioned! The facts you are about to read are true. The names and places have not been changed, to protect the truth. As Jack Web used to say in a television program called Dragnet: Just the facts mam.
My family has several thousand shares of Thermo Tech.
We are very excited to have found that neddle in the hay stack. I am very pleased to share the following information with all of you.
Over the past several months I have observed many threads weaving a sordid concern regarding Thermo Techs validity within various areas of its business endevours. If your not familar with these honest but uninformed concerns, just review by scrowling back through past threads.
Stated simply, I have spoken to three people who work at the Department of Environmental Protection in Massechusetts (USA).
They have stated that :
Thermo Tech performed a successful pilot of their production to product, witnessed by the DEP of MA.
In their professional opinions rendered during our telephone conversations, having had years of evironmental testing and evaluation experience, they reveiled that Thermo Tech (Canada) has accomplished air quality controls virtually eliminating any odors. I can report to you that (Rick Dunn) who works at the DEP of MA had personally seen this process, but he hasnt smelled it.
I was further informed that the DEP of MA anticipates the issuance of a solid waste permit to the Massachusetts Bio Conversion Inc. c/o C.L.Environmetal Corp.(the permittee) for their Fort Devans plant by Sept./ Oct time frame. Source ( Paul Anderson) of the DEP at MA. In addition , the sludge waste permit should follow 3 to 4 months due to the longer processing time which defines that type of permit. The current permit has been DEP documented as transmittal No. 133215 being a (certified-Draft Copy, dated 8-13-96 and titled as (Determination of Need for Site Assignment. Neil Oleary said they (the DEP) would be remiss if efforts arent made to see this new process through. Neil Oleary is a Director in the DEP of MA.
Search for the truth is the noblest occupation of man; its publication is a duty.-Mad de Stael
