How can anyone be amazed by the actions of the SEC? Their concepts of regulation and oversight are completely foreign to any type of rational thought.

Basically, and in my opinion, its the foxes guarding the hen houses. Don't be fooled by their words, as their actions (or inactions in most cases) speak volumes!
