TXP to Present at Merriman Curhan Ford 'IP Video Conference 2008'

RICHARDSON, Texas, Feb. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TXP Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TXPO - News), an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) for the telecommunications industry, today announced that Michael C. Shores, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present at the Merriman Curhan Ford "IP Video Conference 2008" at The St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco on Monday, March 3, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time. The presentation will include an overview of the company followed by a Q&A session.

Joel Z. Futterman, Vice President ONT Development at TXP, will participate as part of a panel discussion at the event at 12:15 p.m. The panel discussion will focus on Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and cable/telecom competition and implications for suppliers.
