I like this piece the best; it is saying there is a market price based on Supply and Demand for the BRK classes. It does accurately indemnify the scarcity inherent in this issue, by pointing out that BRK has no options. Further, that Mr B understands the net outcome of all the alternatives, and takes the position he does in full awareness of alternatives.

As a specialist in low floats and more particularly free floats, I've always used BRK as a source reference of how the market should work. Today in all but a few securities, there is no market price.

All pricing, has become the perchance of systems elements; practicing various schemes, outside the legal authorized outstanding, to facilitate churn and preferential outcomes on a just in time basis.
