YOU YOURSELF ADMITTED THAT THE LAWSUIT WAS A MARKETING PLOY TO GET RID OF INVENTORY! I guess you think its OK to give your customers a worthless coupon for an obsolete product -- and claim to the world that you are correcting for past errors. Regarding Jerry's statement in July about yields, at the time it was true, as far as anyone can tell. If not, he will pay for it via shareholder lawsuit or with his job. Petz
