"Not only is there no sign of failure, it seems to me universal health care is very popular and very successful. "

Being told that you are too fat to receive a knee replacement is not a sign of failure? Having to extract one's own teeth at home because the government dentist can't see you for nearly a year is not a sign of failure? Having to hire third world doctors who are later arrested for plotting to kill people is not a sign of failure? Having one's doctor cancel a surgery because they were told to cut down their wait times and your appointment was beyond the time limit being imposed is not a sign of failure?

Wow, send me a pair of those rosy glasses.

Success as defined by the satisfaction of 51% of the population shifting the bulk of their costs to the remaining 49% is not a goal I strive for.
