I don't think that matters.. Obama and Hagel would balance out great on domestic issues... Nope. Hagel fails one of the great litmus tests: he's anti-choice. No doubt there are others. His domestic votes are very conservative. In the cabinet, that would not bother the Dems but "just a heart beat away." Nope.
