Much of the boom in the United States is being driven by foreign power companies with experience developing wind projects, including Iberdrola of Spain, Energias de Portugal and Windkraft Nord of Germany. Foreign companies own two-thirds of the wind projects under construction in Texas.

My #1 rant has been media treatment of Hillary Clinton, LOL.

But close behind is my #2 rant about the decline of US corporate competitiveness during the Bush administration. I liked what Hillary said about the US becoming the 'innovation nation' again, because we are losing our edge, IMO.

This paragraph jumped out at me in your very interesting post.
