It doesn't surprise me that the hypocrite & defender in chief looks the other way with respect to the behavior of those he defends, while wildly accusing others for merely expressing opinions. It's the reason he could be called the internet's number one hypocrite.

The self-styled "crusader" community takes the approach that scams are only committed by those who buy stock or post positively their opinions. Extortion, wrongful use of FBI data and perhaps other government data, trading ahead of planted information, trading in coordination, etc., etc., are apparently ok so long as done in the guise of self-styled "scam busting." It's kind of like saying that their scam is ok, anyone else's is not.

It's amusing to see so much emphasis on peripheral issues when the trial was largely a decision that criminal activity resulted from extortion and wrong useful of FBI data. Simple and something that vigilante defenders don't want to discuss. It's wrong under any set of laws to have the crew short and then call them off if free or cheapie shares are given by the CEO. One of the defenders once justified this by saying it was common practice, making a deal with the devil. I meant to ask him which side was the devil.
