Getting the SEC filings updated has taken much more time than the company expected. The latest CEO letter sort of tells the story but not in detail. Too bad the fools who posted their/her crap did not contact the company instead of trying to plant doubt in the mind of potential investors by questioning before the dd. And not internet dd but real dd by contacting the CEO.
