Perhaps you can be more specific in showing an example where the a coal or nuclear plant is being built with subsidies? i.e. the plant would not be built without these funds. I do not see anything in that post supporting direct subsidies to make investments in power plants. I do see discussion of cheaper power being given because Federal generated power cannot generate a profit. It seems the consumer is receiving the benefit.
