Health Wellness Mongolia
A consortium of American companies, in coordination with Mongolian authorities and the U.S.-Mongolian Development Corporation, is pulling together to plan and develop a Solar Garden Community.
The project will consist of modern housing units, a community center with all public conveniences, a small commercial mall, professional offices and a unique Health and Wellness Center geared toward preventative health care. This proposed development will be a unique showplace for Mongolia's capitol city of Ulaanbaatar and may be a model for duplications in other Mongolian growth locations.
The development of this unique community complex of structures in a garden-park setting will offer a convenient and self-sustaining living, learning and work environment.
Much of the construction will be implemented via a proprietary building system by the trade name of Componoform Building System Technology (www.componoform.com). The versatile Componoform Building Ssytem Technology will make possible the production of complete building components year-round, in preparation for assembly during the spring and summer months. Once assembled, the components form enclosed building structures that allow finishing work to be done regardless of weather conditions, thereby allowing for year-round labor employment.
The proposed Componoform fabrication plant, to be located near Ulaanbaatar airport, will produce building system components and related units such as solar energy systems, kitchen and bathroom units and cabinetry.
