AVNT my understanding. AVNT can request a review of the Appeals Court ruling (doubtful that the request would be heard) before the proceding returns to the District Court. I don't know if Cal has a interlocutory matter (I honestly don't know what this is. Can you help?) Given how long this has taken so far, my guess is that Judge Whyte will make this a priority to complete his review of Aquarius by year end. No clue on criminal procedings timeline.
