My Probable Predictions:

1. RMTR will probably retest its lows... @$3.30 - 3.54;

2. RMTR will probably retest its 200dma... @$3.57;

3. Vinh will probably not "upgrade" his recommendation until RMTR is undervalued by $1 or more below the $4.56 median price on the day he downgraded due to "valuation" concerns (meaning his firm/clients have finished their buying spree);

4. RMTR's 10K will probably not get filed before (1), (2) or (3) above;

5. The 10K will probably attempt to clarify the method used to set the valuation allowance for the $7.6M NOL;

6. I will probably not understand it anyway;

7. The pre-tax net income reported by RMTR for Q1 of 2008 will probably hit or exceed $1.6M... or $1.2M if you also exclude the options compensation expense of $0.4M (I got there by assuming that the $7.6M NOL will probably used up in 3 years with a 38% tax rate);

8. This will probably be sequentially flat or a tad up compared to Q4, but when you consider the "general economic outlook" and the significant operating expenses they probably added in the quarter (anywhere from 200 to 600K?) extremely sweet.

9. They will probably not raise guidance until Q3; and

10. Mr. Vinh will do at least one more flip flop, up - down on his recommendations before then... because he has "valuation" concerns... and lots of kitties to feed. <ack>
