Gator, if you wait a day or two before you spend that $.50 you might be able to buy four or more shares! With no news on that immediate Appeal, and the downward price movement, I imagine that things didn't go Raoul's way in court. The standard mode of operation is to not tell the investors the bad news, but release news every four months on how Wincom will appeal the court ruling, or how it will reorganize this powerhouse revenue generating company. Anybody know if there is a time limit to Wincom paying for the IVDS licenses? Or if there is a time limit imposed by the FCC and Wincom merely holds the option to buy the licenses once funding come through? I was just wondering if Wincom actually owns the licenses or not at this time. --Rick
