LS120 is D.O.A. !!!!!!

LS120 is Iomega's reject technology.

Downward compatability means nothing. The 5.25" wasn't compatable with the 8" disk yet this didn't stop it from becoming the next standard. The 3.5" wasn't compatable with the 5.25" yet this didn't stop it from becoming the next standard. Let me clue you in, the new standard is the 100 Meg ZIP. That's why Sony and Fujistu are already selling ZIP disks. The next standard will be the 200 Meg ZIP.
