The COURTNEY GASKINS, 2,500,000 Proposed Sale was back on 7/31/07. Maybe she knew nothing was going to happen for a while (until maybe spring to summer of 2008) -this could have been her reason for selling, why buy too early when you can put your money elsewhere. ? -Hopefully this is the reason. ?

I'd be interested to see if we could find her name of getting back in?
