Truthseeker, the obvious irony here is Tony attempting to use the US Constitution to get himself out of prison while his brother is a PLO policy advisor doing PR for the PLO pumping Israel disengagement from Gaza. This is after the Elgindy patriarch's role in Kosovo. You don't get the comedic value of this stuff?
