Hi Bob .. Congrats on your expansion, I hope it Rocks !! There's a lot of financials in the RUT as well as the SPX. Advance Decline on the RUT doesn't look to hot yet. More Decliners 10 to 8 or 5 to 4. But it does look like it has some support here along with a lot of R. custom.marketwatch.com russell.com Even though BUCY Still Looks pretty darn Good !! :) stockcharts.com I just can't get excited on the RUT. It's teetering. Precarious. It's worth watching but it just seems to me we'll need an all out Bullish Scenario to get it Cranking .. It's too Broad and Diverse. I guess time will. Maybe if Ya'll Kick the Tires Hard Enuff .. lol Best of Luck !! Ray
