Sorry, I have no slightest idea<g> just saw the title of that article is odd, so I threw it here.

But as for your argument that "the current level of banks reserves wouldn't allow for such a thing", that can change. Since those regulation can be revised in order to save themselves. The Fed and the Congress and SEC and the US Treasury will be ALL one the same side when their own interest is collectively threatened
