Wow! These are questions I would expect at a police interrogation.

1. How did you know he had a weapon? Did you see it?

He had something in his hand. During interviews one of them stated they had a flashlight with them. This "flashlight" was never found. They had ample opportunity to get rid of any gun. Hours in fact.

2. When he told you he was "on his way in," was he standing there talking to you or was he walking towards you and trying to walk past you?

He didn't tell me that he was on his way in. He told the police that and testified to that in court.

3. Was he planning on going through the door? The window?

He claimed to the police, and to the court, that he intended to crawl through a doggie door on the back wall of my house.

Although one of them had left the back door to my garage ajar during the first home invasion he conducted that night as he exited.

BTW This punk has never been charged for the first home invasion he conducted that night. During this first one he made a practice run in which he tested his ability to walk inside my house itself undetected. He opened the back door (into a laundry room) took a couple of steps inside then left.

I don't know any of the three men that attacked my home. I've never talked to any of them.

I was convinced at the time and am still convinced today that this was an armed robbery that got stopped. His practice run into my home itself told me that a very serious confrontation was about to take place.

There had been several armed home invasions that had taken place in our area before this attempt.

One was an old man in his eighties. Another a man was tied to a chair and his dog was then shot in front of him.

These three thought they had no problem with my ninety pound pit bull. One of them told the police that he was there only to watch for the dog. What did they intend to do about it? say "nice doggie?"
