Well, first things first... these are just some questions I have, but you really don't even have to discuss the case if you don't care to, not a problem at all, I'm just interested in knowing what happed as you experienced it...
He had something in his hand.
You really didn't answer the question, what time of day or night was it? Was it well lit? Did you see any weapon? Did you see what that something was?
He didn't tell me that he was on his way in. He told the police that and testified to that in court.
Again, you didn't answer the question, I don't care what he told the court or the police, I'm asking you, was he standing there talking to you or was he walking towards you and trying to walk past you?
Were any words said at all? Did you tell him to stop and turn around? Did you tell him to stop? Did you warn him that he should stop or else? Did you just fire without giving him any warning? This is not to presume any warning was required, but, again, I'm just curious about what actually happened...
