"what time of day or night was it? Was it well lit?" One of the police that responded that night tried to turn around by pulling onto my yard. He drove into a ditch he didn't see and had to be towed out. It was a very very dark night. "was he standing there talking to you or was he walking towards you and trying to walk past you?" It was very difficult to see anything at all. Again, I've never spoken to any of the three at all. I'm sure that he didn't see me there.
