As of lately the CEO/Pres resigned. It can be good news and/or bad. Noticed the insider trading reports and HE (the CEO/Pres.) has been buying Riley and selling off ITL. Don't know what this means but I hope its positive for the stock. Directors can't make money if the value of the stock is below their option prices. Dave
