Millions of people die in Africa right now because they don't have the $5 needed to buy a mosquito nets. If you can't afford something, you can't afford it. Eventually, however, the people of Africa know what the problem is and they know there are solutions. That problem will eventually be solved. It is just a matter of time. Sooner however would be much better than later.

In the same way, we have a problem. There is no way we are going to let people get sick or die because they don't have enough money. The problem will be solved. It is inevitable. However, sooner would be a lot better than later.

Putting up road blocks to this inevitability is futile and not smart.
