If it were so dark that night that you say that he didn't see you there, then what happened just prior to the shooting that compelled you to shoot? Could you go over that last 15 seconds? What was the purpose of firing? If you thought he didn't see you, then how come you didn't tell him to stop before someone gets hurt? Then you were outside with the guy when you shot him? TIA GZ
