But, they are doing more than that. Otherwise Qwest would not have refused to do the tapping because they thought it was illegal.

Brumar, if the wiretapping is so crucial to national security, why did the Republicans block extending the existing law? Wasn't that being reckless with national security?

And why aren't you complaining?
