You can negotiate for some insurance price lowering measures such as tort reform or employer-provided insurance reform.

I suppose I could, but they where never really on offer during the debate of this particular bill. (and Tort reform is more a matter of state law and legal culture outside of specific statues, than it is an issue of federal law, even if federal law also plays a role)
