When it comes to BC, are Westellers basing their expectations on a CAP or DMT win? If CAP, I don't think there's any chance; if DMT, then I think it depends on how successful GS is in re-negotiating with BC. As I understand it, BC went with Alcatel after BCTEL chose DMT, having decided they wouldn't chose a different line code. Now, it appears they've chosen Alcatel and yet what's unclear is whether the contract is exclusive and what will happen if Alcatel can't deliver. In other words, I think there's still room for maneuverability. Than again, I could be wrong. Cheers! Pat
