FUNNY you should ask! Think it might have something too do with the UN being largely a collection of dictatorial regimes? Now gov'ts LOVE to call themselves "democracies", but when you look a little closer.... The have "elections" in Cuba. Have since 1960. Do you think it is a democracy? How many regimes would you like named where 'elections' are held but in fact are dictatorships? Did you know they had ;elections' in Iraq? Saddam always won. There are probably less three dozen real democracies on the planet. Dictators HATE the thought they might be next. Now do you have any thoughts as to why the rest of the world didn't think invasion was necessary?
