I think it was Perot that hurt President Bush 41 in 1992. Nader was accused of tipping away from Gore in 2000. What empty leaded liberals don't comprehend is that conservatism is the heart of environmentalism. It is just that political conservatives blend their conservation desires with pragmatism while tree huggers blend it with a misguided sense of idealism.
