That occurred to me when I wrote it. He could have been referring to allowing money to be sent there by family members. Maybe we should just let the family members deliver the cash in person and access the primo health care while they're at it. <g> Besides, every President in the last 50 years has tried to get Castro to improve conditions for his people and to eradicate the human rights violation which are a way of life there in Michael Moore's paradise. But Fidel's thumbed his nose. While Obama might make empty headed 18 year olds think that he's the innovator of such an idea, anyone with half a brain knows better. Then again, the left is more concerned about the treatment of terrorists than human rights violations on the other side of the island.
