futuresource.quote.com It's perhaps not strange what a psychological barrier $100 seems to be--kind of like the $75 level on the dollar index. But the concerted effort of all branches of the government to bring down the value of the dollar will inevitably take the price on past that level and $100 will be a memory. As I have often posted, gasoline already costs $7-$8 a gallon in the U. K. and in Europe, and a price like that in the United States will easily support crude oil at $200 a barrel.
