trench is at eol. This was needed just to compete. Also helps explain the mu nanya news. Trench is a unique process and it will take several million to buy new tools. The partners(inotera,winbond,nanya) must be thrilled. One more thing this will the first sole development accomplishment. Trench was from IBM
