WMT is one we rarely talk about because it has sucked as a trading vehicle for, well 8 years now. But we had a discussion many years ago that one day this unbelievably long multi-year bullish consolidation would break up and the stock would finally make new ATH's. I do not know if that time is upon us as of yet, but its coming IMO.
