FYI 97% of all income tax is paid by the top 50%:

IMHO it would be ridiculous o deny that while there are some taxpayers below that rate that pay some taxes, by in large the bottom 50% are effectively free riders on the system who receive considerably more in benefits than whatever they contribute.
