CGPI opened with an UG & is up 27.97% on volume of 2,941,866 > 14x its ADV The stock has appreciated 400% since Dec 1 bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced a definitive agreement to be acquired by Galderma' Laboratories at a price of $16.60 in cash. CGPI had launched Oracea,approved by the FDA for treatment of rosacea, in 2006 & is developing Col-118 for the erythema associated with rosacea.It is also working on a product that could provide added benefits for the treatment of psoriasis.
