I think CRN owns 100 percent and CGG,EWR,Golden Knight are involved in another property with CRN..at this point I am a bit punchy and don't feel like rereading the news releases..hope somebody else will do it.. I flipped out of CGG on Friday waiting to see what would happen on Tuesday..since I flipped it..it probably will open a lot higher :)
