Michal, here are some factors that you might find useful re Cognicase. If Cognicase works in French, this will give them an important edge with the federal government as most remediation work will take place in the National Capital Region where 1/3 of the public service is francophone. Therefore, if Cognicase's tool is as good as anyone else's from a technical perspective, the government will want to buy the one which will allow all its employees to work in their preferred language. It seems to me that SHL Systemhouse (an MCI subsidiary and major IT service provider in Canada) is a major shareholder.
