BTW Red, a bit OT but you know that townhouse I was telling you about when you were here? The one across the pathway from me in prime location waterfront? It was originally listed for 780,000.00 and then guess what happened? They dropped it 100,000.00 because they had no action. So there it was at 680,000.00 and still nothing so they pulled it off the market and now its back on at 640,000.00 and sitting. I'm predicting a sale at 525,000.00 or less mls.ca Vancouver home prices are tumbling in spite of what you see on TV
