The New York Times is our finest newspaper. The corrupt rightwing Bushie type politicians fear it and hate it because it can expose their crimes. So they attack the messenger, though leadinf up to Plamegate the Bush White House managed to manipulate Judith Miller of the NYT into lying about WMD in Iraq. They told her lies and she believed them. That is the only major retraction the Times has ever had to make. Compare to the hundred of lies on Fox News. The NY Times has absolutely nothing to apologize for. The McCain article made no false charges. It was 100% accurate and necessary becuse McCain is posing as a guy beyond corruption. The NY Times also did quite a few exposees on Clinton. It prints the news that's fit to print. It's reliable as can be. Beware, rightwing, when you demonize our finest newspapers and networks, do not expect them to lay off you. The press is not afraid of the rightwing anymore. There will be blowback when you lie and commit crimes, and that's in defense of journalistic integrity itself. You may have scapegoated and victimized Dan Rather for GW Bush's lies and cowardice during Vietnam, but you will not end muckraking journalism. In fact the huge plethora of Bushie crimes and Bush's current 19% approval rating are causing a huge comeback for daring investigative reporting as a career and cause. So your Nzi style war against the truth and journalism failed. And if they weren't subsidized, Limbaugh and Hannity would be out of business. Nobody believes those jerkoffs anymore except total pinheads. They were never news. they were always phony far rightwing corporate propaganda, for the top .001% and by them. All lies so the billionaire Bushies won't have to pay taxes and support this country. That's all the ightwing is really about. Wars for profit and huge corruption for the top .0001%. Everyone else on the rightwing is a sucker who's getting his finacial ass handed to him by his own political heros. You see, the Bush-cheney types are thoroughly corrupt. They are indeed traitors. McCain may be better but he is not a clean break. He is way too in bed with the Bush regime and all their lobbyists.
